2026 Summer Book Club
- All levels welcome -
Travel to a small village in 1940s France and follow the adventures of an American boy who finds himself in the middle of a plot to destroy his family heritage.
Together, we will be narrating in French, the book: The Avion My Uncle Flew, by Cyrus Fisher.
This beautiful and action-packed story written in English, introduces French phrases throughout in a naturally immersive way. Each chapter builds upon the others and at the end, we will read entirely in French!
By the end of our time together, you will:

4 Live Meetings
We will meet 4 times this Summer to narrate the story. With my guidance and group practice, you'll be delighted at how much you can speak while engaging with this living book.
Supplemental Resources
You will receive audio, cultural, and vocabulary resources from me in between our meetings to make our times together full of robust conversation.
For All Levels
Whole families can participate together! All levels are welcome. We will adjust narrations based on your level of French!
